Kabhi kabhi sochti hu ye bheegi palkon ka kalam se kya ajeeb rishta hai.. Yaha aankh nam hui aur udhar soch ki shakhaon se panchi udaan bharne lagte hain.. Wo soch jiska ghum se ek gehra rishta hai.. Wo soch jo na jaane kab se dil mien dabi baithi hai..Wo soch jo ansuon ke raaste kagaz pe utar aayi hai..


Insaan, rishte, soch.. sab badal jaata hai waqt ke saath.. Ya shayad sirf waqt badal jaata hai waqt ke saath.. Pyaar ki leher na jaane kab samunder mien jaake ghum si ho jaati hai, kisi ko khabar bhi nai lagti.. Aur kinaare pe khada wo adhura sa rishta har aati hui leher se umeed lagata hai ki wo phir se pyaar layegi.. Ansuon ki dhoop dil ko raakh kar deti hai.. Hawa ka har jhoka judai ka ehsaas dilata hai.. Raat ka andhera ek dhokha sa ban jaata hai.. Par khuda ne kab kaha hai ki sambhalne ke liye sahaara zaruri hai.. Thokar khaake bhi insaan sambhal jaata hai.. Behte hue paani mien suraj ki wo pehli kirne ek baar phir se umeed laati hain.. Hawayien ek baar phir dil ko ek nayi khushboo se bhar jaati hain.. Raat ke andhere mien chandni hausla sa de jaati hai.. Aur ek nayi leher ek naya pyaar leke laut aati hai.. Zindagi aakhir pyaar lene aur pyaar dene ka naam hi to hai.. Aur kuch nahi.. kuch bhi nahi..

Aaja ghari pal baike piye chaa dostaa... Bojh zindagi da saron zara laa dostaa...

CHIEF: A friend, mentor and guide. Someone elder, patient and wise, who understood me when I

was immature and impassioned (I still am :p), helped me to see the world as a more profound

place and always gave me sound advice to guide my way through tough times. We shared smiles

and tears; talked about lost friends and screwed up relationships; sometimes even gossiped

about all the wierd people in the world! The morning tea together at cafe in college, the silly sms

chats and my late replies(sorry :p), the ice-creams and shakes, the placements and the

chocolates! God ! I am going to miss all that so much. There haven't been innumerable times of

any of these moments, but every moment spent together was indeed special. Every moment will

be remembered and cherished throughout my life. It is so amazing that in such a short span of

time we were able to make such a special bond. I can't thank you enough chief. There have been

endless times you have forgiven me for my stupid behaviour; times when you have helped me in

some way or the other.

I will miss your presence in college. Although we did not meet often in the campus, but merely

knowing that you are around, gave me an assurance that somebody is always there by my side.

And this, I realised when yesterday we had our last cup of tea together. As I left the place, I felt a

sudden feeling of loss and seperation. As if something was bieng snatched away from me. As if

my life was going to change forever from this minute.

They say, all good things come to an end. But I believe, if its good enough it will never end by itself. And

so won't our friendship.

‘Promise me, we will always celebrate our birthdays together’ I remember asking for this one favour on her birthday. I also remember she did not make this promise to me. May be, her heart knew what the future is going to be like. I apologised, prayed, did everything I could to save this. But it had to go. Some things are meant to end. I am sorry. I still miss you . . .
